So here we are day 29 of 31 in July and it's been a pretty crazy week. Last Friday we drove six hours to IL to spend the next day celebrating my step fathers 50th birthday and it was a great time until my uncle had a (TIA) and I had to go console my cousin.
Sunday left me wanting to stay in IL a little longer but I had to get back home. I had to leave my daughters at their dad's for the week so I was in turn a blubbering mess for all of Sunday.
Once I figured out that I would indeed be OK without kiddo's for a week (not as though I have a break considering I provide childcare for 3 others...) I went on a creative spree. I revamped both girls' bedrooms, repainting all furniture and rearranging furniture.
I started a new medication on Monday also...and I DO NOT take medication, well let me tell ya, the side effects are almost worse than what I was even trying to defeat so I'm not so sure about all this.
So we move on to the latter part of the week TGIF tomorrow and I think I will try getting most homework done by tomorrow evening so I can spend most of my Sunday with my girls when they return back home.
Have fun ladies and gents, it's a lil cooler this week!

My thoughts on being an online student...
Hello everyone, I am here in MO hoping your week is going smoother than mine has been and that you are not dripping in sweat.
So, being an online student to me means a couple different things. Although I love not being in a classroom because I don't much care for enclosed spaces, I miss the banter of classmates. I find that during seminar's I learn more because many thoughts are thrown out. I've not been able to make our seminar's yet however so that's no help for now. Clinical's will be coming soon, so that will kick start the process into high gear quick!
On the other end of the spectrum, I adore being able to walk away from my schoolwork as I please. Whether to do laundry or use the restroom, I have freedom that would not be found in a classroom.
